Q: Who operates the 11th Avenue Inn?   A:  Beverly has been the innkeeper for the past 6 years, cooks breakfast most days, and lives at the Inn.  David Williams has been the owner for 5 years, does the phone/email reservations, lives in the house next to the Inn, and has lived within a few blocks of the Inn since 1993.  Christine has been cooking at the Inn for the past couple years. Ben and Melanie take care of the housekeeping.

Q: Who stays at the 11th Avenue Inn?    A:  These numbers are not scientific but give you an idea: 75% from the USA, 15% from Canada, and 10% from the rest of the world.  25% in town for business, and 75% on vacation exploring the city or visiting family/friends in the neighborhood.  Travelers who want to enjoy a good value at a friendly, charming, and convenient place situated where the locals live, yet close to downtown Seattle!

Q: Do you have reviews or accreditations?  A: We are a member of the Seattle Bed & Breakfast Association, the Washington State Bed & Breakfast Guild, the Seattle Visitor and Convention Bureau, and the Professional Association of Innkeepers International. The 11th Avenue Inn and the local community:  Over the past few years, we have given approximately 10% of our profit to local non-profits including these neighborhood organizations: UD Food Bank (feeding people),  Capitol Hill Housing (affordable housing), Cal Anderson Park Alliance (nearby park support), KEXP (local community radio), Futurewise (preserving local farmland), Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce (neighborhood business support).
